PRICING BMCASE© can be installed in either a single user where the software and database resides on one computer and can be accessed by only one users at a time or network environment where the software is installed on several computers that access the database on a server or dedicated computer by several users concurrently. Discounts up to 10% are available for multiple licenses installed in a network environment. The license includes all rights to use the software and database with unlimited usage and number of clients and cases. Licensed copies of BMCASE© will receive any updates to the software, as they may come available, at no additional charge. As new versions of the BMCASE© software are made available they are offered at a nominal fee per license. Custom programming for reports or other data requirements can be made and are billable at the current custom programming rates. We will provide an estimate for any custom work up front for you before starting any custom work so you can choose to commence, wait or not complete the request. All software and database programming remains the property of Bluewater Management Systems and the BMCASE© software and may be offered in later versions if deemed an improvement to the software or database. If you have a suggestion or find an area within the software that you think may improve it we will review the suggestion and if we think it will enhance the software overall we may decide to include it in a free update to all license holders.
