BMCASE Assessment And Planning Software
BMCASE© is a comprehensive Assessment and Treatment Planning software package, designed specifically for substance, alcohol, and psychotherapy professionals and is capable of providing important statistics that can be used to better understand what causes a relapse or success in aftercare. The software includes client demographics, Intakes, Diagnostic Interviews, Substance Audits, DSM IV Coding, Treatment Planning and ability to set goals in each of six dimensions (Acute intoxication/withdrawal potential; Biomedical conditions and complications; Emotional, Behavioral or Cognitive conditions and complications; Readiness to change; Relapse, continued use or continued problem potential; and Recovery environment ), Discharge information such as contacts, three reporting periods (30, 90 and 180 day) for follow-up, DAANES data gathering for State reporting.

Security Levels
All users require a unique User ID and Password to access the software. A security officer has the authority to add/update and remove users from the system as well as assign access levels, including read only. All personal information is encrypted within the database.

Custom Modifications
We can incorporate your ideas or custom requirements into the software at a nominal fee. Modifications deemed to enhance the software may be developed at no charge and be included in future releases.

Upgrade policy
Periodic updates are made available at no charge to current clients with a licensed version of BMCASE© who have purchased the yearly support. Version Upgrades are offered to current license holders for a nominal upgrade fee.
